It is important that GrpOffer state the minimum no of people reqd for them to nego a rate. One I show my interest, I get a SMS that critical mass 'X" has not yet reached. I am interested for 2/3BHK for a rate upto 2800psft. What is possesion date & Location map? The link gives map of Maharahstra. Also if someone already had a discussion with the Site Manager of buidler, pl share your views.
