We can also get the cheque collected from a place that is convenient to you.

We assure you that we will not submit the cheque with the developer without your prior approval and you signing the booking form. There is no risk for you considering that we are requesting a post-dated cheque drawn on the developer’s name that will be bankable only at a future date. If you go for the booking at your desired price before the cheque's date, we shall get the same replaced with a new live cheque.

We also request you to let us know your deal breaker price for this project i.e. the price above which you would not be interested in pursuing this deal. For your information, currently the developer is quoting Rs.9,400/- psft. The rate at which the group shall negotiate with the developer will be the median of the price expectations of the group members.
