Meanwhile, in order to move to the next level of negotiations and show to the developer your willingness to buy, we would like to request you to send us a post-dated cheque (PDC) of Rs.1,00,000/- ( Rupees One Lac Only) in favour of “¬oberoi realty ltd – oberoi splendor”. We can also get the cheque collected from a place that is convenient to you.

We assure you that we will not submit the cheque with the developer without your prior approval and you signing the booking form. There is no risk for you considering that we are requesting a post-dated cheque drawn on the developer’s name that will be bankable only at a future date. If you go for the booking at your desired price before the cheque's date, we shall get the same replaced with a new live cheque.

We also request you to let us know your deal breaker price for this project i.e. the price above which you would not be interested in pursuing this deal.
