I guess the launch was around this rate, I visited them but to my utter surprise the sales team that was so arrogant that they even did not show people sample flats who were not above budget of 1cr then

That's very interesting insight and I agree 12.5k is too high a price. Its Borivli not Worli sea face!!!!!!!

i will be looking to buy at Rs 7000 per square feet. real estate prices are going to fall with a huge thud and buying at 10-15% discount on such inflated price is of no use. realistic price is Rs 7000 per sq ft. i am sure i will get this rice in 2-3 years
