We are in the process of negotiating a good rate with the builder for a group booking.

i think there the current rate of 3200 or for that matter 3250 even for investment looks good as by this Diwali one can for sure assume that it may go to 3600 looking at the real estate demand in pune

3200 is a very hyped rate, the actual rate in hinjewadi phase 2 is around 3200 per sq. ft, whats the deal when we r approaching them in a group ?
