If you go for the booking at your desired price before the cheque's date, we shall get the same replaced with a new live cheque.
We also request you to let us know your deal breaker price for this project i.e. the price above which you would not be interested in pursuing this deal. For your information, currently the developer is quoting Rs.5,250/- psft.
