The market price is 14500 after inaugural discount of 1000 Rs on the base price (which is 15500 Rs.). On top of 14500, there are brokers who are offering at least 3% discount. So, pretty much, a price of Rs. 14065 per sq-ft is available everywhere in the market. Do not see it as a good group buy deal even though I am interested.

I think the prices are going at below 12k per sq-yard (2k per feet). 14k seems very very costly.
