We would like to clarify that Oberoi Realty has not started marketing this project.
will be interested in project , whats the location and plans?interested in 2-3 BHK
I am interested in new 1BHK/2 BHK upcoming project in Kalwa/Nahur
need more info in terms of pre launch prices and completion dates since this group is known for delays in most of the past projects

God knows when it will get launched, iam interested in this project but not beyond 7k, even 7k is too much for a place on the outskirts of mumbai.

This is not correct, we consumer should stop this type of activity . 8-9K . when the correct price should be not more then 5k .We are all going the US way . they got hit by this price play and indians are going the same way , thanks to hypocrite builders and the agents ........ Think of the infrastructure first ....... most of the upcoming buildings in mulund and bhandup are high rises comprising of more then 30 storeyed building whith 8-10 wings , a small garden pool , gym will be shared by 1000 families . and top of that will get 35-40% less carpet area ...
