We are in the process of negotiating a good rate with the builder for a group booking.

Guys seeing the market conditions and march month coming closer the builder will surely reduce the prices they have to clear their inventories and pay back to banks also elections are next month already builder have started offering discount only to GENUINE CUSTOMERS who carry check book with them at their office rather calling them and finding out the rates they do not want to spoil their names by offering discount over the phone call, they see the customer is genuine is he got payment ready with and them do the deal accordingly.

Also since the banks would have provided funds for acquisition of land and construction they in any case would get the benefit as compared to others.
Hi Friends, I dont think they will agree below 8500. The issue is since this appears to be a private equity and vc funded project they would have decided the returns to the investors before hand and may not agree for a reduction. They have a JV with Piramal Group and had bought this land at Rs 150 Crs in May June 2010. Dont think they would agree for a reduction....

Hi Everyone, It is indeed a milestone for GrOffr.com to have more than 180+ buyers coming together for this new project launch in Goregaon (W). Details of the project- Sunteck Realty is launching Sunteck City a residential project on a plot of approx 7 acres.The first phase would have 3 towers of approx. 35 stories of habitable floors on top of parking floors. The developer offered a pre-launch rate of Rs8,500 psft to employees of a few banks- ICICI, HDFC, Kotak and Stanc. We did approach the Sunteck management for a group booking at the same rate but we have been denied the rate of 8500 psft. We at GrOffr.com tried hard to get the best rate for the buyers, but unfortunately the builder is not ready to offer the same. We would continue to work hard to make sure that the best interest of buyers is taken care off. Please do get in touch with us in case you need any help/assistance on this project.
