Almost all the premium projects on JVLR have been bought below 8k, even the last bldg of kalpataru went below 8k that too in a span of 2 years after completion. I guess even oberoi did not go beyond 8k(super built up). Now comparing with such premium projects ackruti Sapphire should quote a price from 6k onwards. Factfile: The prices on jvlr are 12k to 15k but the fact is that not a single flat has sold beyond 8k. One reason could be its not a posh residential area for such high rates. One can blindly pay 12k for area such as hiranandani powai.
