Rajaram Chavan Project, next to Sheetal Cinema, Kurla (W). Asking rate was 9500, underconstruction, maybe 10-15 people could get a discount of 1000, should be a good investment at 8000 to 8500 max or if you have a better deal in Kurla (W), please suggest
hello checked out kohinoor city in the same vicinity and it has come to notice that the construction quality is very very poor and there are either leakage problems running all thr the walls or in some places complaints of walls shifting or u may say tilting slightltly has also been noticed inspite of this they r unessarily hiking the prices which is a team wrk by the brokers who are all around the place and the sales staff...hiking the prices by the hr inspite of the fact that there are no buyers again the internal road thr and thr does not belong to them but to the govtment so once the bridgeworks gets completed it will join to this road which will bring in enormours traffic /pollution and noise....which will be seen in 6mths time hence most of the investors r moving out of the project before the reality comes out soon and also geeting their flats freshly painted before selling them .....u just have to be lucky to get a good flat ....u put in 1 nail and u will understand ......what u have puntured...leading to leakage
Avoid HDIL kurla leased land not free hold
They will keep asking any rate, its usually the builders ploy of doing business, Sameer is just an employee. The first time Builder reportedly also owns Sheetal Cinema and is a Restaurater, but Groffr can still probe his credentials. The project has been announced more than 4 months back, also that land was lying undeveloped for the last 2 years as there were some issues going on at the property.
