crazy people at oberoi exquisite - they will have to swallow their pride very soon by lowering the price substantially, else no sale will happen any more as NRIs will rather out the money in tax free NRE account earning 10% p.a. guaranteed

Hi guys, I spoke to one of the reps from oberoi today. he was saying 10,500 for this and the expected possession is Dec 2013. Please let me know if we get a better deal for this.
