100 Above Review, Location, Price, Specifications, Public Opinion and Concerns
Neptune is a big fraud..they have been selling their 100 Above project since 1.5 years without any approvals. Whenever you go to the site, their sales team has been trained to say that approvals are expected very soon. His projects are delayed big time. The construction of Flying Kites has stopped since a long time and a lot of buyers have got stuck. Even their existing project- Living point is also not of good quality- there is a sever water shortage in the project and the residents face a lot of problem. Neptune is in a big financial crisis. Their attempt to do an IPO also failed. He is taking money from every one for booking but the construction is all stopped. Infact, they launched the 100 above project to raise money from the customers and they are asking for 25% upfront for bookings in 100 Above without approvals. Registrations/agreements are not happening for 100 Above till now- obviously it cannot happen because the project has no approvals. I sympathise with the customers who have bought there.

Guys, the rate quoted by the builder currently is 8,691. According to me, this is a very nice project as it will be the tallest tower in Mumbai if we exclude South Mumbai from comparision.. also the ammenities & the delivery track record of Neptune seems to be nice. this project is only launched recently . . . it is goin to be completed in 4 years . . . 50 stories towers with 8 flats per floor . . . current asking price is Rs 7391/- per sft + Rs 50/- per sft floor rise... am sure this price can be further reduced by 15-20% considering the fact that this property is yet to commence construction . . . fayzad
