Dear Sandeep,
We appreciate your concern. Our take or interpretation on this matter is as follows:
1. Land is a state subject and the Supreme Court ruling was specifically with regards to the petition challenging the MOFA (Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act). Till it comes out as a notification in Karnataka, we would believe that the only way to tackle this would be to go to Consumer Court and argue a specific case.
2. Typically, "bundling" of prices of the amenities or car parking has happened world over wherever such practices have been outlawed. We notice that the same thing is happening in Indian cities as well where finally some part of the costing is included in the Agreement Value and breakup is not mentioned.
3. Groffr.com believes that changing the ecosystem would not be easy overnight. But if there are enough buyers (including you) who come together, some pressure can be exerted to ensure that the interest of the group is protected.

Do let us know you thoughts on this. We would be happy to know your views and discuss the same :)

Why charging for car park? Supreme court has passed an order that builders cannot charge for car park then why is the builder charging for that????
